Employment Screening Accounts Requirements
- Membership Application completed and signed
- Business banking and business references
- Authorized User List has been completed
- Physical Inspection will be performed by either an Advantage Credit personnel or an outside agency. If Clients operates from multiple locations, a letter on company letterhead must be provided listing all additional locations authorized.
- A credit report on the principal of the business is required if the principal is:
a) The owner of a sole proprietorship
b) A partner in a Partnership
c) An officer in a Corporation and the Corporation has been in business less than one year. - All Pages have been initialed in the lower right-hand corner
