After living in upstate New York and Colorado for 45 years Charlie enjoys the warm comfort and ideal conditions to be outdoors in Arizona. Of course being in Arizona he spends his non working hours playing golf and hiking the not so flat areas of the state. At home he deals with his ever obnoxious parrott Fred and loves being with his wife Becca.

Charlie has worked in the credit and lending business for over 30 years, including management positions in large national banks and in smaller regional banks. Throughout his career Charlie has been sought as an expert in analyzing on how credit behaviors affect a borrowers willingness to repay debt. As an Account Executive with Advantage Credit Inc he has learned even more how FICO scoring is used to help predict the repayment of loans. His goal is to improve the publics’ awareness of credit and how it affects their buying power.

Charlie has been the guest speaker at several Arizona Organizations including the Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, The Women’s Council of Realtors, The National Association of Residential Property Managers, The National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, The Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association and multiple Realtor Groups
