Jim Kaiser

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jim Kaiser is a Kansas transplant and has called Denver his home since 1982.   He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Fort Hays State University.   He loves spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their two dogs, Coco and Ben.   They love the Colorado weather and outdoor opportunities it provides.

Jim has over 29 years experience in sales and marketing, including 12 years in the banking and mortgage industry.  He previously worked as a commercial loan analyst and a loan officer.   Jim has been with Advantage Credit since 2005.   Jim brings considerable experience in working directly with residential and commercial borrowers.  Jim is an active member of CMLA.

Jim has been the guest speaker at several Colorado Organizations including the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, The Denver Board of Realtors, the South Metro Denver Realtors Association, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, the Aurora Board of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, multiple Realtor Groups and high schools.
