Jolene joined our customer service staff with over 15 years of experience as a loan officer, processor and escrow closer. She brings considerable knowledge and experience to the customer service team, which helps everyone deliver exceptional customer service.

Originally from Chicago (and a huge Cubs fan) she has lived in Bailey, Colorado for the past nine years. She is happily married with three wonderful children. She loves to ride Harley’s, listen to live music, all sports, spending time with friends and family and vacationing in Puerto Vallarta!
