Marty Flynn joined the Advantage Credit team in August, 2011 after the merger of his company Credit Communications Inc. Ten years prior, Marty acquired Credit Communications Inc., a long time provider of specialized credit reporting services for mortgage lenders and property managers. As Credit Communications' President and CEO, his primary role is to help develop strategic relationships with technology partners and broaden the company's product offerings within the mortgage and background screening industries. During this time, CCI was three times recognized as one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to his ten year stint as CEO of Credit Communications which began in 2001, Marty led the operations of DataPower Information Systems from 1993 to 1999, growing its mortgage credit reporting division by more than 280%.

Marty has been on the Board of Directors of the National Credit Reporting Association since 2002, serving as its President in 2010. He is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.

Marty obtained a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona in 1986. He resides in Napa, California with his two children.
