Tina is in the Sales Department and comes to Advantage Credit with over 12 years of experience in the mortgage business, originating and processing. While a loan officer with Preferred Home Mortgage she made president’s club. She has had the privilege to work with many builders in Colorado, Engle Homes, Triton, Century, DR Horton, Continental, Melody and Sanford. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Northridge. And yes, she was in California during the Northridge earthquake.

She lives in Colorado with her husband David and their dog Shelby. They enjoy long hikes, Shelby especially enjoys chasing squirrels. This California girl misses the beach so spends her vacations either in Destin, Florida or Riviera Maya, Mexico.
