“Before Advantage Credit, I would have to call for a reservation number to retrieve Bankruptcy documentation and then call the next day to get an appointment with that reservation number and then go to that appointment probably 5 days later at a very specific time and pay for the copies. They give you a case binder and let you sit in a corner to pry open the file and copy only what is needed. The total cost was minimal, but I spent an incredible amount of time doing this. Over the years, I have had the opportunity of working with a number of third party credit vendors. While they all provided the basic credit pull they were not Advantage Credit! While the client/borrower may certainly have the income, assets, LTVs, and DTIs, they unfortunately may not have the necessary FICOs for a smooth and qualified loan file. Advantage Credit provides a broker with precisely the tools to assess the problem with their ‘what-if’ simulator. For example it allows estimating where to properly apply payments to what tradelines, advantages or disadvantages of balance reduction and by how much as well as coming up with an overall strategy for increasing score. There is the service of supplemental reporting coupled with their rescore specialists. The Credit Analyzer can generate an overall report remedy as well to prescribe a solid program to your client. These and many other ‘add-on’ features position the broker in the eyes of their clients as someone who cares and can get the loan done. Bottomline, builds credibility and trust in the eyes of your clients while supporting retention and referrals.
