COVID 19 Information

In light of the current spread of Covid-19, please be advised that Advantage Credit, Inc. has policies, procedures and a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place to ensure your access to credit reports and related services is not interrupted due to the spread of this, or any, disease.

  • 95% of our employees work remotely, from home. We very infrequently come into contact with one another or with the general population; we are effectively already self-quarantined.
  • Accordingly, in the event that an employee is self-quarantined by their local health officials, or affected by a ‘shelter in place’ order by their local government, there will be no disruption in their ability to perform their job duties.
  • We regularly test our BCP to address multiple contingencies, including an infectious outbreak.
  • Additionally, our employees are cross trained within and across departments, ensuring redundancy and continuation of service in the event that staff becomes ill.
