Alejandro started with Advantage Credit on 06/01/2020 and has previously worked in a variety of customer service and retentions roles as well as sales. He’s made it a life’s mission to learn all he can about communications and interpersonal dialogue. Having studied all the greats like Dale Carnegie and, more recently, Chris Voss and his wonderful book, Never Split the Difference, Alejandro employs those skills here and now.

He was born in Detroit, MI and raised in a close by suburb thriving with various nationalities and people. Alejandro, like most Michiganders, fell in love with Hockey, especially, the Detroit Red Wings. Although he had a great love for his home, he decided to make a move to a place filled with possibility, Colorado, yes, the heartland of the rivals of his favorite hockey team, the Colorado Avalanche. He decided to grow roots and is slowly building a wonderful life alongside his significant other.
